Delivery coverage and timing
Delivery is available for physical items to destinations offered in the checkout flow. We ordinarily prepare a paid and verified order in approximately 1–2 business days. Handling can take longer around holidays, during heavy demand, or when order information requires review.
Carrier travel time is generally estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch. It is an estimate rather than a promise and may change because of weather, route capacity, destination restrictions, or other carrier events. Checkout is the sole source for any free-shipping qualification and the final shipping charge.
Please enter a deliverable street address, current email address, and reachable telephone number. Tracking is provided when available. To ask about a delay, suspected loss, delivery scan, or damaged parcel, send the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and an explanation. Images of the box and item may be requested for damage cases.
Some destinations or products may be unavailable because of carrier or route limits. If a destination cannot be selected at checkout, we cannot arrange shipment to it through the website.
